The cake you’ll see in the photos below was backed by Granny Schmidts as a present for his wife. The Nikon D700 shaped cake as made by fondant and red velvet cake. Delicious right?

This is one of those ideas I couldn’t have not in 1million years from now.
This is a very simple method of creating a tripod for your camera.
To be honest I haven’t yet tried it out so I do not know if it works 100% but that’s for sure that it helps when the lens doesn’t have an image stabilizer or vibration reduction.
Take a look and if you try out this method let me know about the result.

John Downer created an wonderful experiment. He attached cameras on four elephants and let them walk free into the jungle.
The purpose of the experiment was to obtain photos from the wild jungle that not even with the most powerful telescope lens he couldn’t obtain.

As you’ll see some of the creatures look very funny like they are really giving us a smile. My favorite photo is the one with the leopards that were caught while they were playing. Look at the big leopard, how he stopped and looked at the elephant who carried the camera as if he was caught doing something bad.
